  Hello my name is Carrie Toye. We are a family owned and operated business. We provide Face Painting , Balloon Twisting, Glitter Tattoos, and Hair color.   My two daughters and I love to paint. I have painted now for about 15 years free hand, and my daughters have been perfecting their skills of painting for about three years. I am so proud of them!
